Steve Bogen has more than 20 years of experience as a senior executive in the citrus juice manufacturing and distribution business, including executive management of a publicly traded company with nearly $50 million in annual sales. Since 2002, Mr. Bogen served as Chairman and CEO of Lambeth Groves, now United Juice Companies of America, Inc. In this capacity, he has grown Lambeth Groves’ annual sales from $3 million to nearly $17 million. Prior to Lambeth Groves, beginning in 1995, Mr. Bogen served as Chairman and CEO of The Fresh Juice Company Inc., a NASDAQ-traded company which was profitably sold in 1999 to Saratoga Beverage Group, Inc. Until 2002, Mr. Bogen remained as a Director and paid consultant to the Company, which was taken private in 2000 by the private equity firm Northcastle Partners. From 1987 to 1995, Mr. Bogen was Chairman and CEO of Ultimate Juice Company. Under his leadership, the Company underwent an aggressive growth and acquisition program, ultimately building to combined sales of $20 million, with a reputation as the largest fresh juice company in the country. From 1985 to 1987, Mr. Bogen was President of Bogen Distributors, Inc., later S&D Distributors, Inc.
